I design products for complex systems — enterprise workflows, AI-assisted experiences, consumer products.

Anjali Shadija
Product designer for complex, human-centered experiences

I’m a Product Designer with 4+ years of experience across AI, enterprise, and consumer products. I use research, systems thinking, and prototyping to turn complex constraints into clear, inclusive experiences.

I partner with Product and Engineering to move from ambiguous problems to thoughtful user flows, high-fidelity interfaces, and scalable design patterns. My work combines qualitative research, workflow analysis, interaction data, and iterative prototyping to make decisions grounded in real user needs.

At Foundever, I design an enterprise SaaS AI copilot used by thousands of customer support agents. I bring real-time recommendations, compliance guidance, and workflow support into existing tools while keeping AI experiences understandable, actionable, and trustworthy.

Previously at EY, I designed financial, e-commerce, and consumer experiences, including work for Mahindra Finance and MMFSL. I began in architecture, which shaped how I think about people, context, constraints, and flow.

Outside work, I enjoy adventure sports, national parks, traveling and photographing architecture.

MY DESIGN PHILOSOPHY

Think in systems

Architecture taught me that every interface sits on top of a deeper structure.

Icon

Reduce complexity

I enjoy turning fragmented workflows, tools, and data into experiences people can navigate confidently.

Measure impact

I stay close to users, business goals, and adoption metrics not just deliverables.

HOW I USE AI

AI is part of my design process, not a replacement for it

I use AI-assisted tools to stress-test user flows, uncover edge cases, and synthesize research so I can explore ideas faster and spend more time solving the right problems. For early concepts, I generate rough interfaces in code, then refine them in Figma by shaping interactions, simplifying complexity, and designing for real users.

AI helps me move faster through exploration. Strategy, prioritization, and design judgment remain human. I decide what problem is worth solving, what users need to trust an experience, and which trade-offs best balance user needs with business goals.
